At H Potter, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our home and garden accents. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Return

Contact our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

Pack with Care

Place the item securely in its original packaging, including all protective inserts to ensure the glass and metal components remain undamaged during transit.

Ship Item Back

Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
